Maria Elena Contreras – Section 8 Program Manager
Maria Elena worked for State Farm Insurance for one year before joining the Housing Authority. She began her employment with HACY in July of 1987 as a Section 8 Specialist, moved to Section 8 Supervisor, managed both Public Housing and Section 8, and is now the Housing Supervisor for Section 8 Program.
Maria Elena is married and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
