Raul Mendoza – Investigator / Risk Management
Raul retired from the Yuma Police Department after a 23-year career. He served in various capacities as a law enforcement officer – from uniform patrol, detective, undercover narcotics agent, bicycle patrol, community policing and internal affairs. He started work at HACY in 2003 as a part-time investigator and later as a full time investigator and risk manager.
Raul is married and has three daughters. He likes outdoor activities and sports, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and is involved as a volunteer with local non-profit agencies.
