All families must complete an online application. By completing the online application, your name will be placed on a list that is regulated by HUD.
It is important that you update your application every time there is a change in your mailing address, phone number and family composition. Many families are removed from the list due to undeliverable mailed correspondence.
You will need to have an e-mail address in order to create your account.

- Once we receive the online application, it will be reviewed and approved. A confirmation will be email and letter will be mailed to address listed on the application.
- Please review your confirmation to ensure that all your information is correct. If you do not receive your confirmation within 20 business days please call our office at 928-782-3823 ext. 110.
